We recently resolved an issue where the data were not showing up, but they should be available in both tools now. If you were meaning EarthExplorer, please make sure to read the news announcement that was recently posted: https://lpdaac.usgs.gov/news/nasa-lp-daac-products-to-be-removed-from-usgs-earthexplorer-by-september-2024/ as these data will be removed from EarthExplorer in the near future.
