From ESA:
"After successful completion of all Sentinel-1C satellite commissioning activities, the calibration has been calculated to be applied to the Sentinel-1C SAR products. Starting from May 19th, Sentinel-1C SAR products are calibrated and their quality is in line with Sentinel-1 data quality specifications. Sentinel-1C SAR products are now ready to take part of the Copernicus operational products data offer, restoring the Sentinel-1 full constellation capacity and providing users with high-performance, high-quality and high-reliability SAR data on a global scale.
For Sentinel-1C data processed until May 19th, the quality disclaimer in https://sar-mpc.eu/disclaimers/269/ remains applicable, and should be considered in case of use of this early dataset. As part of the nominal products evolutions, improvements and enhancements can be expected during the operational lifetime to further increase the products performance."
