Questions/Comments • How are gains mentioned in SeaHawk L2 metadata calculated?

I downloaded SeaHawk data and found the following gains in metadata.
[1.230700000000001.212800000000001.147800000000001.186200000000001.202300000000001.1857000000000011]
Were they derived by based on "Sensor-independent approach to the vicarious calibration of satellite ocean color radiometry" method?

If so, was MOBY data used for comparing SeaHawk data or climatology?
I found only a couple of days when SeaHawk had matchup data with MOBY.
