@joshklint You can find elevation data on the Land Processes (LP) Distributed Active Archive Center (DAAC) website. I ran a quick search with results returned that may suit your needs here: https://lpdaac.usgs.gov/product_search/?keyword=Elevation&spatial_resolutions=15.0&spatial_resolutions=25.0&spatial_resolutions=30.0&tools=NASA+Earthdata+Search&view=cards&sort=title&page=1

Click on each data set for additional characteristics details. The associated tools can be found under each data set for easy search and download tools.

Another source you might want to look at is USGS GMTED2010. It has 30-, 15-, and 7.5-arc-second spatial resolutions for most of the Earth: https://www.usgs.gov/centers/eros/science/usgs-eros-archive-digital-elevation-global-multi-resolution-terrain-elevation
